Good communication is accessible.
Good design is accessible.
Good technology is accessible.
What we do
Federal law and regulations require governments to produce accessible information and communication technology (ICT). Practically this means that individuals with disabilities must have comparable access to all of a government entity’s digital content. This includes webpages, PDFs, documents, and spreadsheets, among others.
These requirements may seem overwhelming, but they don’t have to be. Accessibility requirements shouldn’t be a burden, because good communication is accessible, good design is accessible, and good technology is accessible.
Your entire community deserves access to your information, and M3 Access Group can help you achieve that.
Remediation
We will take your documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, and slide decks and make them meet accessibility standards. This includes new and archival products.
Testing
A certified Trusted Tester will test your website against accessibility standards and prepare a comprehensive report detailing any findings. Testing can be on a deployed version or iterative during the development lifecycle.
Technical Assistance
We will train your team on the importance of accessibility and how to incorporate standards during drafting and design. We will look at your systems and your standard products and help transform them to better meet accessibility standards.
Who we are
M3 Access Group will work with you to ensure that your products meet the highest accessibility standards. Not only do we understand the Americans with Disability Act and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act’s standards for technology, but we also understand how to transform bureaucratic systems and the people who run them to better serve a deserving public.
